noadshealth is a small, independent fitness and health site built around practical advice without the usual web clutter.
No display ads. No autoplaying videos. No popups. No newsletter modals. No cookie banners. No analytics. No trackers. No third-party scripts silently loading in the background.
The goal is simple: useful fitness and health content that respects your time, attention, and privacy.
What you’ll find here
noadshealth publishes plain-language articles about workouts, nutrition, recovery, healthy habits, beginner-friendly fitness plans, and occasional gear recommendations.
You’ll also find small browser-based tools, like a BMI calculator, with more planned over time.
The site is meant to be useful first. Monetized only when it makes sense.
How the site stays free
Two things help cover basic site costs:
Relevant Amazon affiliate links
Some articles include Amazon affiliate links when a specific product or piece of gear is genuinely relevant to the topic.
For example, an article about home workouts might link to a piece of workout gear. If you buy through that link, Amazon may pay a small commission. Your price does not change.
We only link to products that are relevant to the article. No random banners, no fake urgency, no “sponsored” recommendations pretending to be advice.
As an Amazon Associate, noadshealth earns from qualifying purchases.
Optional tips via Ko-fi
The “Support this site” button opens our Ko-fi page in a new tab.
Tips are optional. The button can be hidden in Settings using the gear icon in the bottom-left corner. Clicking the button does not track you on this site. We only know you sent a tip if you actually send one through Ko-fi.
That’s the entire revenue model.
No subscription tier. No paid content. No sponsored posts. No banner ads.
Who runs this
noadshealth is run by Dan E., also known online as the No Ads Dude.
I’ve been a runner and biker for most of my life, with plenty of on-and-off time in gyms working on strength training too. These days, with three kids at home, staying active is less of a hobby and more of a requirement. I need enough energy to keep up with them.
I started noadshealth because I wanted to build the kind of fitness site I actually like using: clear, practical, and not buried under ads, popups, trackers, or fake “one weird trick” health claims.
I’m not here to pretend fitness has to be complicated. Most people need simple, repeatable advice they can actually use. That’s what this site is trying to provide.
noadshealth is part of the broader NoAdsDude family of small, ad-free sites. The same basic stance applies across all of them: no ads, no tracking, no nonsense.
A note on health advice
Articles on noadshealth are general fitness and health information. They are not medical advice.
If you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, recently had surgery, take medication, or are unsure whether a workout or diet change is safe for you, talk to a qualified healthcare professional before making changes.
The goal here is to help with everyday fitness decisions, not replace professional care.
Questions, corrections, or feedback
If something on the site is wrong, unclear, misleading, or out of date, please let us know.
Bad health and fitness information helps no one. We’d rather fix something than leave it sitting there.
